Flaky puff pastry, spicy-sweet gochujang, melty vegan cheese, and fresh spring onions come together to create a snack that's impossible to stop eating. They're perfect for parties, lunchboxes, picnics, or those moments when you simply need something delicious with a cup of tea.
The gochujang brings warmth and depth without overwhelming heat, while the vegan cheese balances everything with creamy richness.

Ingredients
1 sheet ready-rolled puff pastry
2 tbsp gochujang paste
150g grated vegan cheese
4 spring onions, finely sliced
1 tbsp plant milk
Sesame seeds, for decoration
Method
Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan).
Unroll the puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface.
Spread the gochujang evenly over the pastry.
Scatter over the vegan cheese and sliced spring onions.
Roll tightly from the long edge into a log.
Slice into 2cm rounds and place onto a lined baking tray.
Brush lightly with plant milk.
Sprinkle on sesame seeds.
Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden and puffed.
