Vegan Protein Cold Foam

Cold foam from a coffee shop is a small luxury in life, but creating it at home is remarkably easy, and this version includes an added protein boost.
This is particularly relevant since a certain coffee brand introduced protein cold foam without offering a vegan option (bombastic side eye).

Made with vegan protein powder and high-protein Alpro milk, this creamy topping transforms an ordinary iced coffee into something that feels a little bit special. It's become one of my favourite ways to add extra protein to my day without feeling like I'm drinking a shake.
What I love most about this recipe is how easy it is to customise. While a classic vanilla protein powder works beautifully, don't be afraid to have some fun with flavours. I recently made mine using a pistachio ice cream flavoured vegan protein powder and it was absolutely delicious! Sweet, nutty, and perfect over an iced americano. Think of this recipe as a base for all your favourite protein powder flavours.
Ingredients
150ml Alpro High Protein Soya Milk
1 scoop vegan protein powder of choice
½ tsp maple syrup (optional)
Method
Add all ingredients to a milk frother, blender, or protein shaker.
Froth until thick, creamy, and airy.
Pour over iced coffee, cold brew, or iced matcha.
Serve immediately.
Flavour Ideas
Pistachio Ice Cream
Vanilla
Salted Caramel
Chocolate
White Chocolate Raspberry
Cinnamon Bun
Birthday Cake
Simple recipes often become the most-used recipes. This protein cold foam takes only moments to make, but it turns an everyday iced coffee into a café-worthy treat while helping you hit your protein goals.
The best part is experimenting with different protein powder flavours and creating something new every time. One day it might be vanilla, the next pistachio ice cream... the possibilities are endless!
Blessed be,
